Mariachis serenading the playground, kids nuts, Jackie and Florelle, in the library, plotted tostadas at El Cholo.  I'll hurry home and plot my third-person page.  Then I'll ride my bike over for a couple margaritas before I go to night school.  I still haven't done anything for that STEPS training.  I'll have to go on Friday.  I'll read a little Nin before school ends today.  I read the newspaper already. The Cuban national team humiliated the Baltimore Orioles.  I have to start off with two pages in my next journal to finish this.  What else?  Time for silent reading.  I think the kids will revolt.

What a lot of crap I have to do for school this week. I've got to run-off field trip slips.  Then, I've got to check my cums for LASSEM compliance.  I've got to get books for a new student.  I've got to set up centers like my boss asked me to do months ago.  He's going to come by some time in the next two weeks.  I've got to do something for this STEPS training on Friday.  There's a faculty meeting after school today.  I've got to cut pictures out of a magazine for a lesson.  I've got to collect lunch tickets for the field trip.  What should I do for the centers? 10:55 AM I took care of some of that crap at recess.  Except Olga gave me the workshop registration, and now I've lost it.  Ugh.  But the trips slips are ready to go and my cums are in order.  I even have kind of a half-ass makeshift "art center."
I still have to get books for the new kid and set up the calendar.  I finally moved the clock to Daylight Saving Time.  Hersch gave me a free pass to the movies.  What should I do about lunch?  Can I hold out 'til I get home?  I haven't seen the newspaper yet today. I wonder if anyone has a center they can loan me.  Someone who's not being Stulled.  What else?  I should call Sergio about this STEPS stuff.  Nin does have soft, soulful eyes.  I want to buy a copy of The Idiot.  I need to get a sander going on this wart.  I have to give the land baron his check.  That fucker made out like a bandit.  I'm getting pushed around.  Whatever.  I'll go get a newspaper at lunch.  Read Nin.  Do a STEPS lesson.  What else?  It's partly cloudy today.  Variably cloudy.  It's cloudier than it is sky-y.  I read a book to the class called Zeke Pippin.  It was about a pig and a magic harmonica.  "That piece of garbage changed his whole life."  He cleaned it with Schnapps.  He packed two suitcases, one with food and the other mostly with food.  He ate bagels plastered with peanut butter.  He zeezled and zoozled on his harmonica.  The sun was thinking of setting.  That night Zeke threaded his way through a confusion of trees and tangled vines, the half moon half helping.
